We will always ask before collecting personally identifying information from you. We only collect personal information that you expressly provide to us; for example - when you register for a subscription or contact us for support.

The information you supply will only be used for its intended purpose; for example - if you subscribe your information will be used to open and maintain your account; if you contact us, your information will only be used so we can respond to your enquiry.

Easy Oversight and Control of Your Information

You have full control over your information. You can access and update your details via the Settings area of your Membership area.

To change your email address, you may need to contact us so we can verify the request for your own security.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time via our website with just a few clicks via the option available in the Settings area.

Age

You must be of adult age to subscribe to our service. If you are a minor, the service must be signed-up by, and used under, the supervision of an adult.

Cookies & Other Information We Collect

We don't use cookies on our site for any purpose other than to maintain your login status. Once you log out, the cookie is no longer valid. The only information our cookies contain is a temporary, randomly-generated authentication key that authorizes your access to the service.

As with any website, we'll also know your IP address and device type. We will automatically ascertain the country you are based in using your IP address so we can provide the correct version of our service to you, and ensure we comply with our legal and licensing obligations. We also know what content you've watched and listened to while using our service.

We may collate aggregate, non-personally identifiable information - combined from all our users - about content played across our network, including:

• When listening to music on our service, the total number of plays across our service is used to automatically calculate our Music Charts.
• We may need to report aggregate, non-personally identifying statistics on the total number of plays for reporting and licensing purposes to suppliers of content on our service.

Content delivery may come from servers worldwide, but no personally-identifying information is recorded in these locations.

We never send marketing materials or marketing emails. We will only contact you for the sole purpose of providing the service you request - such as managing your subscription, complying with our legal obligations, replying to you if you contact us, or sending you your newsletter if you have this option ticked in your account.

If you subscribe to our newsletter you can turn your subscription on and off instantly via your membership area.

Retention and Deletion of Data

Subject to applicable laws, privacy principles and privacy best practices, once a relationship with you has ended, your data deleted from our system may no longer be retrievable. In some circumstances, and depending on the cancellation option you choose, data may be stored for a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of a relationship, as described in our Terms of Use, and in order to fulfil our legal obligations and operational requirements.
