By subscribing, or otherwise using our Service, including our website(s), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").
1. Subscription
1.1. Your subscription commences from the date of registration and continues until cancelled.
1.2. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for any activity on your account.
1.3. We may offer a variety of subscription and access options for you to choose from, which may include free, ad-supported, paid, pay-per-play, or a combination of these options. The options available to you may vary depending on your country/territory.
1.4. To use our Service, you must supply a valid email address, name and choose a password. You agree to keep your information up-to-date if it changes. We do not permit the use of "temporary" or "disposable" email addresses as this may prevent us from fulfilling our legal obligations that allow you to access your data, reset your password, and cancel your subscription at any time.
1.5. If you choose a paid subscription plan option, you must provide a valid payment method as indicated on sign-up and/or plan switch. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, or switch a paid subscription to a free subscription option, you authorize us to charge your subscription fee commencing from the start of each billing cycle. You may be charged applicable taxes as required by law, depending on your sign-up location. Your billing cycle will depend on the plan length you choose at the time of sign-up, and may change over time if you cancel and re-start your subscription, switch your subscription type, or your subscription was paused due to a declined payment.
1.6. You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation option in your Membership area. If you cancel your subscription within a billing period, you will continue to have access to the Service until that billing period has concluded.
1.7. Subscription plan options, availability and pricing may change over time. If there is a change in your paid subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 28 days prior.
1.8. Your access to the Service may be suspended or cancelled if we suspect unauthorized activity on your account or originating from your device/IP address, or if we have grounds to believe you have breached the terms of this agreement.
